If you receive your package and it is not what you expected, mamakayashop will happily make a return or exchange. Please read below for return and exchange instructions:
Returns will be accepted if the return package is shipped within fifteen days of the date the item was originally received by you. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including: all boxes / cases, plastic bags, all labels attached, etc.) and in their original condition (items will not be used, altered, washed or damaged). If you receive a damaged / defective product, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt or your return will not be accepted. We will process your refund promptly once we receive the merchandise again under the above conditions. Is that how it works:
You must take responsibility and pay for the shipment of the items returned.
We recommend that you ensure the shipping of returned items. If something goes wrong with the mail system, we will not be responsible to cover any loss or damage during the return shipping. In such cases, you would have to manage the problem with the courier company or courier you hired.
Items marked "FINAL SALE or PROMOTION" are not subject to return or exchange.
If you want to change your item to a different one, here's how it works

You are responsible for shipping costs to return the initial item. We are responsible for managing and paying for the shipment of the new item you choose ..
Any difference of price in your favor, will be returned to you as soon as possible.
If the new item purchased is more expensive than the one you have returned, you must pay the difference during the change process according to the instructions on our website.
Please note that delivery outside of Spain and the Canary Islands may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or other taxes in force in the destination jurisdiction of which unfortunately mamakaya can not be held liable. The liability and the cost of satisfying any customs duties, foreign taxes or other charges that may be imposed on the delivery of our products shall lie exclusively with the customer.
